The 8-Week Challenge

Self-awareness is a reading habit. Change is a practice.

Eight weeks. One card a day, drawn from your own psychology: the blindspot to watch for, and one small experiment to run in real life. Rehearse it with AI first, try it for real, then watch your profile reshape — measurably — by day 56.

The October 1 cohort starts in 27 days
Week 1 free for everyone

Week 1 is free for everyone. The full eight weeks are part of Pro.

The daily loop — about ten minutes

Step 1Reveal

Each morning, one card: a blindspot pulled from your own assessment results — not generic advice, your actual pattern.

Step 2Rehearse

Warm up against an AI that plays the exact person who triggers that pattern — and coaches every reply you make.

Step 3Do

Then the real experiment: one small move, tried once, wherever your day happens — work, home, anywhere.

Step 4Record

Two minutes in the evening: did you try it, how hard did it feel, what happened. Honesty keeps the streak — always.

Why this isn't another habit app

Cards from your results, not a content library

The daily practice is generated from your own egogram, transactions, strokes and every module you've completed. Two people on the same day get completely different work.

A weekly recap that actually read your week

Every Sunday-equivalent, an AI facilitator reads your check-ins and tells you what moved, what kept showing up, and what to lean into next — quoting your own words back to you.

Before and after, measured

You retake the egogram at week 4 and week 8. The final reveal isn't a certificate — it's your own chart, visibly reshaped by 56 days of practice.

Missed days are quiet, not red

“Didn't get a chance today” counts as a check-in. One gap a week is forgiven. The challenge is designed to be picked back up, not to shame you out of it.

Monthly cohorts

A new cohort starts on the 1st of every month

Join October 1 and everyone travels together — same day 1, same milestones, same finish line. Or start solo today; the challenge is yours either way. It begins with a free 3-minute egogram.
