1. What EgoProfile is
EgoProfile is a self-discovery tool based on Transactional Analysis. It is not therapy and not a clinical diagnosis. If you are in distress, please reach out to a qualified professional or local crisis line.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the content you put into your journal. Don't use the service to harass others, run automated scraping, or abuse the AI features.
3. Subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel from the billing portal. Cancel any time — your Pro features stay active until the end of the current period. We don't issue refunds for partial months unless required by law.
4. Your content
You own everything you write. We only process it to provide the service (showing it back to you, generating AI insights you request, and storing it securely). You can export or delete it at any time.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
